We recently switched to Nabors Pools and our experience has been nothing short of exceptional. We utilize Nabors for our weekly cleaning and upkeep. After numerous fixes with the previous pool company, our heater went belly-up. The owner of the company himself called to walk us through options and explain everything in great detail. We walked away from the call feeling as though we could make an educated decision about our heating system. Today, Edward came to install our new heater. The incredible customer service continued! Edward took the time to go over the new heater parts (especially the fact that it is rodent proof!) and warranty details, show me how to operate it, and prove that it was functioning properly. And - even though it's hot out there, Edward did all of this with a smile! Thank you for being so communicative throughout the entire process and for your transparency. We appreciate the entire Nabors Team and highly recommend their work and service. We can't wait to actually use our spa again. Thank you for getting us all fixed up, Edward!

Comprehensive and easy pool service. I am a first time pool owner, and Ben Nabors came to my new house, explained my whole pool/spa system to me, got me set up on a weekly cleaning and maintenance schedule that took all of thinking out of owning a pool, and was designed for my family’s needs (we have furry dogs and sensitive skin). He recommended me everything I needed to get my pool sparkling, got his team out to my house every time I needed, and it was a process, but Nabors made it super simple. Above and beyond communication, they send me a detailed report immediately after every service. I’ve never questioned their judgment because it’s always well worth it. They’re honestly the Mercedes or Porsche of pool service, I’ve never experienced customer service at this elite level for anything.

After the freeze of 2021 we decided to remodel our pool and replace all the damaged equipment. Narbor's Pools helped me coordinate all the remodel and handled all the new equipment install.
